On the ground floor, there's another main bedroom with a queen-size bed (150x200 cm) and an independent office, which can also serve as an extra room thanks to its sofa bed (135x190 cm) with a premium topper for added comfort.
The villa has two modern bathrooms, both equipped with showers and LED-lit mirrors.
